Super spacious, well decorated, cute, and clean. The location is great, it is a busy street (a through street) but walkable to great restaurants and the beach so yay!! There is a big TV in every room with streaming availability, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer. There is a spigot to rinse your feet in front and a hose in back. There is a close Publix and 2 Starbucks you can drive or bike to. Parking says 2 spots but you can squeeze in 3. Very convenient. I gave “accuracy” a 4 instead of 5 because the back porch picture showed a firepit but there wasn’t one there and the description said 3 bathrooms, 1 half bath which i understood to be 3 full baths and 1 half bath. There are 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Also bring extra trash bags. They do supply you with 2 but if you are staying a week you’ll need more. And just for full transparency, but not a huge deal, the AC unit is a bit loud downstairs when it’s running but it runs great!! It is a very reasonably priced, clean, spacious unit and the host is very quick to answer questions or help with anything. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay…walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a surf shop. There was good on-site parking and easy access to the main roads. I really appreciate that the fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker, and there was a Keurig coffeemaker.Some kind of shelving in the shower and hooks for towels would be good to consider, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable.

We travel to St, Augustine Beach each year. This area is probably the best location IMO. The beach is a 5mins walk, several food options within walking distance and downtown is a 10min drive. 100% recommend this locations for a family or groups.

Really loved the location , easy walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Close the beach. Lauren was very responsive during whole process.

Nice location, Good Parking, comfortable beds, nice back porch for grilling, roomy kitchen and dining area. Overall, a great place.
