Beautiful place and was very clean! Location was perfect. Restaurants, ice cream shops and gas stations all within walking distance. The beach is basically out the back door, very short walk. The host is very responsive. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay in St. Augustine and could not have been happier with this location. The house was in an ideal spot—close enough to the beach that access was incredibly easy, while also being near so many great restaurants, shops, and activities.One of our favorite features was how close we were to the drivable beach access for 4x4 vehicles. Being able to drive onto the beach and enjoy that experience was a highlight of the trip and made the location even more special.The amenities at the house were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day, which were perfect for relaxing after time at the beach or exploring the area. The elevator was also a tremendous convenience, especially with elderly family members traveling with us. It made getting around the house much easier and helped everyone enjoy the stay comfortably.The area around the house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We were within walking distance of Beachcombers, which was a great local restaurant, as well as ice cream shops, coffee shops, mini golf, a brewery, and several other popular restaurants. It was wonderful being able to leave the car behind and enjoy so much of what the area had to offer.We also loved spending time exploring historic St. Augustine. The old town area is beautiful, with great shopping, historic sites, and plenty to see and do.Overall, this was an excellent vacation rental in a fantastic location.

The property was in a great location, right by the beach and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and things to do. It's a beautiful apartment that had plenty of room for all seven of us. We had the very private pool to ourselves most of the time, and it was a great alternative when it was too hot to go to the beach. Communication with the host was extremely responsive, and we didn't have any complaints!

We enjoyed the property. The beach access was nice and we enjoyed the pool.
