Home was over all ok but for the price should been a little lower hot tub didn’t work fan outside is broken and swing wild. Tv remote in master bedroom missing remove and couldn’t put it on then to wash far as up and down arrows. There a great view from the top floor of the ocean to see it from the living room. Not enough wash rag for big family but they do message back pretty fast when dealing so that’s perfect and easy check in with safe lock after front door unlocks it’s locks back under 5 mins so perfect for family and great security. Pool net is there but broken so can’t clean cool out from the wind blowing the tree and leaves in it. Over allNice house and nice pool size but your goin need the walking shoes then stairs goin to turn you every way but loose double bed 1st level 2nd level master and queen then on top living room and kitchen with balcony view

Everything about the house was great, worked great for our group! We were disappointed that the elevator didn’t work and having exterior stairs from the kitchen to the pool would have been nice. Overall a great place for a beach trip! Super close by and the house had coolers, a wagon, and chairs we were able to use.

The house was a great spot in a great location with easy beach access. It was very clean, spacious, and the pool and putting green were a big hit with our family. It was also within walking distance to a local ice cream shop, which the kids loved.The only issue was the hot tub. It sees like this may be a recurring issue, which is even more frustrating. If the daytime restrictions and management-only control of the hot tub were disclosed before booking, they did not stand out to us. The listing should make it much clearer that the hot tub is only available during evening hours, not during the daytime, and that renters cannot control it themselves because only the management company has access. During our 5-night stay, it only worked 2 nights. Since the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked the property, that would have been helpful to know upfront.Other than that, we really had no complaints. Great house, great space, and a great beach location.

We really enjoyed the back yard space and played games upstairs. Big enough for 11 of us.

Fun filled week going to the beach, exploring St Augustine and a great backyard area to relax in after our daily adventures. Beautiful home and would definitely come back!
