Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having the ability to bring our dogs with us. Highly recommend.

This cozy cottage made us feel very much at home! The bedding and pillows were comfy and there was ample room in the living room to relax along with foot stools to literally kick back and put your feet up! The cutest iron table on the back porch where our daughter and I sat every morning watching squirrels, birds and dog walkers passing by as we drank our coffee before walking to the beach!

The place is in a quiet friendly neighborhood.Just a short walk to the beach or a public parking space for beach access at end of street The house has open spaces to interact whether in the family room or interact while cooking with open concept. Great screened porch for quiet breakfasts or dinners. In addition a couple if thought out knooks for individual spaces either in a small reading area and a quiet room with daybed. Wonderful laundry facllity and yard too. The host responded quickly to any questions or request. It would be nice to supply some beach chairs if possible. Also the house is built awhile ago but wonderfully renovated with modern anemities but the only thing the old glass doorknob going to main bathroom has dufficulty staying together. I would recommend bolting or replacing knob. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a well mamaged,clean, major renovations making inside modern yet keeps outside with some of the old florida vibe. It is a relaxed home and neighborhood! I have stayed twice at this place and would not hesitate to book again!
