The Pause | Summer in style. Pool + Beach!

We had a great time in this house with our two girls. The place was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We will be coming back for sure!

Such a beautiful home! The proximity to the beach was perfect and the host was extremely prompt in all communication. Highly recommend!

Our overall stay was fantastic. The booking and checkin process was easy and communication from the host was proactive and responsive. The house is in great condition, clean all around, and conveniently located. It is just far enough south to be out of the higher traffic area. There is a little road noise from A1A right behind the house, but it's not loud and only noticable from the backyard, not inside. Parking is easy and a garage space is nice for super hot days. The driveway also gets afternoon shade, so our vehicle wasn't super hot when leaving for dinner. The beach access is just a couple driveways down on a dead end road and a direct boardwalk across. The house is one row back from beachfront and you do not have a view of the ocean. But the dead end road was quiet and it is situated next to an empty lot that added some privacy. We were also able to watch multiple rocket launches!The pool is well kept and the patio area is great for hanging out. The house was well stocked with both pool and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys) so we could have gotten away with bringing less gear ourselves.An older member of our family appreciated the elevator because three flights of stairs was difficult for her. She did have some issues with several sets of stairs on the boardwalk, so keep that in mind if traveling with someone who has mobility issues. But the boardwalk was well maintained and she did just fine as long as she took it slow.Overall we had a great vacation!
